German verbs are easy, because there's only one verb ending (-en; as opposed to French's 3 endings), and all verbs are pretty much regular, and conjugated the same way.*
Here's the conjugation of the verb lernen to learn to show you how it's done:
lernen
ich lerne
du lernst
es lernt
wir lernen
iht lernt
sie lernen
Even though there are many verbs with slight irregularities, all verbs are pretty close to this conjugation model.
*Present tense only. The past gets... complicated.
